         Soak Bengal gram Dal ( 1Cup ) for 30 minutes , later filter water then add cleaned vazhaipoo  ( 1 cup ) , anise ( 1s) , cumin (1s) , pepper ( 4) , r.chill ( 4) , salt ---------now blend well ---
    In  add finely chopped small onion , curry leaf , and coriander leaf ---then mix well and prepare VADAI shape 
    Once oil get heated deep fry --then taste it 


CARROT VADAI

       Soak Bengal gram Dal ( 1Cup ) for 30 minutes , peeled carrot , anise ( 1s) , cumin (1s) , pepper ( 4) , r.chill ( 4) , salt ---------now blend well ---
    In  add finely chopped small onion , curry leaf , and coriander leaf ---then mix well and prepare VADAI shape 
    Once oil get heated deep fry --then taste it

  DIP BREAD SLICE(2) IN WATER AND FINELY SQUEESE THE WATER -A
       CHOPPED B.ONION , G.CHILLI (2) , CORIANDER LEAVES , CAPSICUM , TOMATO (OPTIONAL)
       ROASED RAVA (1s) , CORN FLOUR (1s) , RICE FLOUR(2s) , BESAN FLOUR (2s) , CHILLI POWDER(1s) , RASAM POWDER , SALT 
            MIX ALL ABOVE ITEMS TOGETHER AND MAKE IT SHAPES AND DEEP FRY IN MORE OIL

        THEN MIX TOGATHER AND MAKE IT VADA SHAPE

       THEN DEEP FRY IN MORE OIL
