       SOAK RICE AND ROAST UNTIL IT GET NICE AROMA , THEN BLEND IT COARSE 
     ADDING LITTLE SALT MIX WITH LUKE WARM WATER AND MAKE IT STEAM FOR 15 MIN --A
     THEN HEAT  KADAI WITH LITTLE OIL , SEASON MUSTARD SEEDS , CHOPPED S.ONION , G.CHILLI , CAPSICUM , CARROT WITH LITTLE SALT 
    THEN OFF THE STOVE ADD A WITH IT AND MIX WELL WITH CURRY LEAVES AND CORIANDER LEAVES

IN ROASTED RAVA , SPRINKLE LITTLE COCONUT MILK AND  STEAM  -A
  IN A AGAIN SPRINKLE COCONUT MILK AND MIX THEN STEAM IT -- B
         ALLOW TO STEAM FOR 15 MINUTES IN SIMMER -C 
  IN ADD GRATED COCONUT , BOILED MOONG DAL , SUGAR , CASHEWNUT FRIED IN GHEE , CARDOMAN POWDER -- MIX WELL

            ROAST BROKEN WHEAT, THEN BLEND AS COARSE  -A
  IN  ADD GRATED COCONUT AND POWDERED JAGGERY, A  PINCH OF GHEE
  - GENTLY MIX AND PREPARE SHAPE WHICH REQUIRED 
   AND STEAM FOR 1O MINTS 
 If needed add some coconut milk while eatin

        DRY ROAST RAGI FLOUR(1cup) FOR A WHILE , SPRINKLE LUKE WARM WATER WITH IT , ADD A PINCH OF SALT -MIX EVERYTHING AND ALLOW TO STEAM FOR 15 MINUTES 
      THEN ADD BOILED MOONG DAL (1s)  , GRATED COCONUT , SUGAR --MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER AND TASTE IT AS WHEN HOT

 THEN BLEND  IT -AS - COURSE GRAIN-A
      MIX A GENTLY WITH LUKE WARM WATER AND LITTLE SALT --THEN STEAM IT --B
  AFTER STEAMING ADD GRATED COCONUT , SUGAR , CARDOMAN POWDER , GHEE FRIED CASHEW NUTS
      NOW GENTLY MIX EVERYTHING AND TASTE IT WHEN IT IS HOT
