 GET PIZZA BASE FROM SHOP , CUT IN THE REQUIRED SHAPES , SPREAD BUTTER SPREAD AND SOME NEEDED SAUCE 
      SPRINKLE FINELY CHOPPED NEEDED VEGETABLES LIKE CARROT , CAPSICUM , CUCUMBER , TOMATO , CABBAGE , B.ONION AND  GRATE SOME CHEESE AND SAUCE 
      PUT IN OVEN FOR SOME MINUTES / SECONDS (UPTO OVEN TYPE ) 

CURD VADA (தயிர் வடை
           Soak urad dal 1 cup for 30 min - blend as fine paste adding  salt and g. Chilli -
           TAKE A BOWL OF CURD, FINELY MIX WITHOUT ANY LUMPS, ADD LITTLE SALT  , THEN SEASON IT WITH MUSTARD SEEDS, CURRY LEAVES, G. CHILLIES, GINGER - B
    HEAT A PAN WITH OIL, FRY  IN MEDIUM HEAT  AS VADAI  -C
       NOW ADD C IN B, THEN GARNISH WITH CHOPPED CARROTS, CORRIANDER LEAVES AND LITTLE KARA PUTHI
      SOAK FOR 2 HOURS AND EAT 

 BURGER VEGAN
            HEAT LITTLE OIL, SAUTE, B. ONION, TOMATO, GINGER + GARLIC PASTE, CARROT, BEANS, BOILED POTATO, G. PEAS, MIX AND CHILLI POWDER , TURMERIC POWDER, CUMIN POWDER, GARAM MASALA, SALT, SPRINGKLE SOME WATER AND MIX WELL AND ALLOW TO BOIL  , ONCE WATER COMPLETELY EVAPAROTAS, ADD PANNER AND MIX EVERYTHING WITH IT ADD POWDERED  MARIE BISCUITS -   A
            ONCE  HEAT REDUCE S MAKE IT PATTYS, AND ROAST IN DOSA PAN, THEN HEAT BURGER BUNS, THEN APPLY NEEDED SAUCE IN IT, ADD FEW CABBAGE IN IT AND PUT PATTY AND TOP ADD ANOTHER BUN

      BOIL NEEDED PULSES WITH NEEDED OIL -B
         HEAT OIL IN A KADAI, SEASON MUSTARD SEEDS, SAUTE S. ONION, DRY RED CHILLI, THEN ADD A AND B WITH IT, MIX ADD SPRINLE SOME CHOPPED CARROT, B. ONION, MANGO 
MINT AND CORRIANDER LEAVES WITH NEEDED SALT
         MIX  TOGATHER AND TRY FOR SNACKS 


  BUCKWHEAT SALAD

  Soak 1cup buckwheat in normal water for 5 hours , then strain the water and keep it hot box for whole night 
        It gets sprouts in the morning--A
   Take a big bowel and add the following one by one
    Chopped big onion
    Chopped carrot , capsicum 
    Chopped baby tomatoes 
    Chopped coriander leafs
     Salt and pepper--to taste
     Sprouted buckwheat 
   Now mix everything gently and taste 
It's good when eating immediately

 Heat a vessel with 1spoon oil , then season it  with r. Chilli , curry leaf , turmeric
Powder then add PORI --immediately off the stove and mix well for some minutes ---this is very easy and spicy snack for kids

  WHEAT FLOUR , SALT , GRATED CARROT , A --MIX EVERYTHING --B
     SAUTE B.ONION , G.CHILLI , CAPSICUM --ADD IN B
     THEN ADD CHOPPED CURRY LEAVES AND CORIANDER  LEAVES --MIX EVERYTHING IN ADAI FLOUR CONSISTANCY
    THEN PREPARE IN DOSAI PAN

        HEAT OIL SEASON MUSTARD SEEDS , SAUTE ( B.ONION , CARROT , CAPSICUM , BEANS , CAULIFLOWER ) -- 1/2 CUP , ADD SALT AND WATER ( 2 cup)  --WHEN IT STARTS BOILING ADD WASHED BUCKWHEAT ( 1 cup )  , PEPPER POWDER , CUMIN POWDER ---ALLOW THIS TO BOIL FOR 20 MIN IN SIMMER --IT CAN BE TAKE AS WATERY OR DRY --GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAFS

       BOIL SWEET CORN WITH LITTLE SALT ---A ,, HEAT OIL SEASON MUSTARD SEEDS , SAUTE B.ONION(1)  , G.CHILLI (1) , R.CHILLI (1) , CAPSICUM , NOW ADD A ----MIX WELL WITH LITTLE WATER AND PEPPER POWDER -SPRINKLE LITTLE WATER --CLOSE THE VESSEL FOR A MINUTE -- THEN ADD GRATED COCONUT , OFF THE STOVE , ADD CORIANDER LEAF  AND CURRY LEAVES

                                             WASH THE CORN AFTER PEELING THE SKINS , APPLY BIT OIL AND SALT AROUND THE CORN , SOAK FOR 10 MINUTES , THEN YOU CAN GRILL IT OR BURN IN GAS STOVE FIRE
