North Indian platter

PANNER FRY WITH PEAS PULAU
     MARINATE PANNER WITH PEPPER, CHILLI POWDER, salt, turmeric powder and  little oil - mix everything together and keep it aside for 10 to 20 mins -a, then heat in dosa tava using ghee  - 
    the add season muatard seeds, curry leaves chapped onion and garlic 
    Then sprinkle inside roasting panner and give a gentle mix

Peas pulau
           Heat ghee in hot pan, saute bay leaves, cinnamon, anise, cardomon  , then saute chopped b. Onion, g. Chiili, garlic + ginger paste, tamato , mint and corriander leaves, fresh peas, then soaked rice (1 cup , mix then add coconut milk((2 cup?) , salt
   Gently mix and close the pressure cooker and wait for 2 vissel

    Chopped onion, salt and curd -mix in a bowl
