    ROAST ABOVE 3 ITEMS AND MAKE IT FLOUR--
     IN THIS FLOUR ADD SALT , BUTTER (20 g) , SESAME SEEDS , ANISE ,- -MIX WELL ,
       MAKE DOUGH WITH HOT WATER - PREPARE SHAPE WHICH REQUIRED , FRY IN OIL


RED RICE MURUKKU
                       RED RICE (1cup) , WASH AND DRY IN ROOM TEMPERATURE , THE ADD ROASTED URAD DAL (3/4 CUP ) AND ADD POTTOKATTALI (1/4CUP) --POWDER IT  -A
        IN A ADD BUTTER (1s) , SALT , CHILLI POWDER(2s) , ASEFODIA (little) -
        Mix EVERYTHING IN WARM WATER UNTIL IT GETS SOFT DOUGH
     THEN PUT FLOUR IN MURUKKU MAKER , THEN SEQUEESE TO DESIRED SHAPES 
              AND DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL

       SOAK BROWN RICE (100g) FOR 2 HOURS , THEN GRIND IT WITH GRATED COCONUT (1s) , S.ONION (1) , GARLIC (4) , G.CHILLI(2) -A
       ROAST POTTU KADALAI AND BLEND IT AS FLOUR ---REMOVE LUMPS---B
      IN A ADD B , SALT , GHEE (1s) , PEPPER POWDER ----C
NOW C SHOULD MIX EVERYTHING WELL WITHOUT ANY LUMPS
      THEN PUT THE FLOUR IN MURUKU MAKER AND SEQUEEZE IN HOT OIL 

      AND TASTE IT

           MIX EVERYTHING IN WARM WATER -----
      HEAT OIL , PUT FLOUR MIXTURE IN MURUKU MAKER --SEQUESE IN HOT OIL --FRY THEN TASTE IT

                                                                          TAKE - 1 CUP RICE FLOUR, 1/2 CUP BENGAL GRAM FLOUR , SALT , HEATED OIL(2S), SYRUP (.CHILL(5 ), ANISE(1S)  , GARLIC(3) - 
     MASHED) THEN FILTER - TAKE THAT  AS SYRUP(1S) , MIX EVERYTHING , KEEP THE DOUGH LITTLE BIT WATERY, 
THEN PUT IN THE MURUKU MAKER , FRY IN HEATED OIL
