                          GRAM DAL FLOUR (1cup) , IDLY FLOUR (2s) , KESARI POWDER (1pinch)  - MIX THESE AS IDLY FLOUR CONSITANCY - A
 SUGAR (1cup) , WATER (1/4cup) , CARDOMAN POWDER , --MIX THIS AND PREPARE SUGAR SYRUB -- B
  - POUR A IN OIL LITTLE BY LITTLE USING SMALL SIZE HOLES SPOON , ONCE YOU GOT BOONDI FRIED ADD BOONDI IN  B ,,, CONTINUE THIS UNTIL SUGAR SYRUB S THEN ADD FRIED CLOVE , CASHEW -MASH  BOONDI's  THEN PREPARE THE SHAPE

             REMOVE SEEDS FROM DATES AND BLEND ONCE IN BLENDER - A
         HEAT LITTLE GHEE, FRY CHOPPED CASHEWS, BADAM, PISTA AND A WITH IT AND MIX UNTIL EVERYTHING BIND TOGETHER
          OFF THE STOVE, ONCE HEAT REDUCES, PREPARE REQUIRED SHAPES

FIVE RICE LADDU (ஐந்து அரிசி லட்டு) 
               Five type in equal ratio, badam, cashew, cardamom, groundnut - dry roast everything separately  - then mix together and roast again few seconds -A
          Blend A NICELY, THEN சலித்து keep it -B
      WITH B ADD EQUAL LEVEL FINELY POWDERED JAGGERY -C
     Heat more ghee in a kadai - add c with it mix well
      Remove from heat, make it balls as laddu
        

COCONUT LADDU
           GRATE COCONUT, AND DRY ROAST IN EMPTY HOT PAN, UNTIL AROMA COMES -A
  PREPARE JAGGERY SYRUP, ADD  WITH IT AND MIX WITH LITTLE GHEE 
     MIX UNTIL EVERYTHING BIDE TOGATHER AND OFF THE STOVE, TRANFER TO GHEE GREASED PLATE
        ONCE HEAT REDUCES, DO LODDU SHAPES

     Heat five spoons of ghee in a big pan , add plain atta flour ( 1 cup ) and mix well until raw smell goes , add needed nuts ( chopped or powder ) , mix well 
  If needed add sauté grated coconut ( 2s) , mix well 


    Off the stove and add sugar powder (1cup ) --mix everything finely , before heat completely reduces make it balls

             PISTA (1cup) , --SOAK FOR 1 HOUR IN WARM WATER -A
A+ GRATED COCONUT (1/4cup) --BLEND AS FINE POWDER --B
    MAKE SUGAR(1cup) SYRUB -WAIT IT COMES TO 2 STING CONSTIANCY -C
      IN C ADD B WITH SOME CARDAOMON POWDER , ADD SOME GHEE WITH IT 
      MIX UNTIL EVERYTHING COMES TOGETHER


PASIPARUP LADDU

ROAST GREEN PEAS FLOUR (1cup) ,  ICING SUGAR (1cup) ,
        MIX BOTH THEN ADD FRIED CASHEW AND BADAM  ------A---------,,,,, HEAT GHEE (5s) , ADD IN A THEN MIX WELL , PREPARE LADDU SHAPE , BEFORE HEAT DECRESES
