 HEAT OIL SAUTE FINELY CHOPED S.ONION (10)  , CURRY LEAF THEN 
         ADD LIVER , ADD CHILLI POWDER (1s)  , TURMERIC POWDER(1/4s) , SALT THEN FRY A MINUTE ,             NOW ADD WATER ---- ONCE LIVER BOILS ADD MORE PEPPER POWDER (2s) AND CUMIN POWDER (1s) -MIX WELL --WHEN IT REACHES GRAVY FORM TASTE IT

          Make water to boil add blood and little salt , once blood boiled remove from water and cut into required shapes 
      In that add turmeric powder ( 1/4s ) , chili powder (1/2s) , coconut paste (semi graind (2s) , anise powder (1/2s) , salt , tamarind water ( 2s) --- then mix well ---A
    Heat  oil in a vessel sauté s.onion , garlic , curry leaf , , then add little water mix well -- after water goes , off the stove

      CLEAN AND CUT THE BRAIN VERY GENTLY -A
 HEAT OIL IN A KADAI , SEASON ANISE , CURRY LEAVES , SAUTE B.ONION , ADD GINGER + GARLIC PASTE (LITTLE ) TURMERIC POWDER , CHILLI POWDER , CUMIN POWDER , ANISE POWDER , PEPPER POWDER , SALT , THEN ADD LITTLE WATER 
     ONCE MASALA STARTS BOILING AND GETS HALF GRAVY -- GENTLY ADD A WITH IT 
      BRAIN TAKES ONLY FEW MINUTES 
 WHEN EVERYTHING COMES TOGETHER ADD SOME MORE CUMIN POWDER AND PEPPER POWDER  ON IT AND MIX  , THEN OFF THE STOVE
