NON VEG SOUP

FISH SOUP
fish soup
     
     Take cleaned and tiny cutted fish (10g ) -A
      Black pepper (10) , cumin seeds (1s) , curry leaf (5) , coriander leaf stem (little ) --crush everything -B
           Ginger and garlic --semi mashed --C
              Heat a kadai with little oilve oil  , sauté s.onion( 5) , g.chilli (2) , C , A , B , turmeric powder , salt  -sauté for a minute and add water ( 200ml ) 
           When fish boils and get its constiancy add little coconut milk (2s) , 
              If needed add a pinch of mix herb
        Switch off the stove and add coriander leafs

 Mutton (1/4kg) ,
 s.onion (15)  ,
 curryleaf (5 string ) , 
 corriander leaf  (same level to curry         leafs) , 
 salt ( to taste )  ,
 turmeric powder (1/4s)
               ----- make everything to boil  
     then taste when its hot

DRIED GOAT LEG 2 - CUT AS 3 PIECES
      --- IN  WATER ADD  THE GOAT LEGS WITH  SALT AND TURMERIC POWDER ,
THEN IN THE SAME WATER ADD 
        GINGER + GARLIC PASTE - 1s , S,ONION - 7 , TOMATO -1 , G.CHILLI - 5 , ANISE POWDER  -1s , CUMIN POWDER - 1s , PEPPER POWDER -1/2s  
               -- WHEN GOAT LEGS BOILED (MINUMUM 15 -20 VESSILE )  ADD COCONUT MILK OFF THE STOVE IN ONE MINUTE , ADD CORRIANDER LEAVES





CRAB SOUP

--- PEPPER , CUMIN , GARLIC , CURRY LEAF STEM (1 small ) , CORIANDER STEM ,-- MASH IT ---
         HEAT THE OIL , FRY ANISE , CRAB SMALL LEGS , TOMATO , TURMERIC POWDER , MASHED POWDER , SALT , POUR WATER FOR BOILING ,  
              WHEN WATER LEVEL DECREASES TO 1 ->1/4 ,OFF THE STOVE ADD COCONUT MILK , GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAF

    ADD WATER MAKE IT BOIL ,LATER ADD COCONUTMILK(1s)



GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAF
