STREET FOOD

PATTANI SUNDAL MASALA
         SOAK PATTA I FOR 8 HOURS, THEN BOIL WITH HALF SALT, -A
        B. ONION, TOMATO, G. CHILLI, GARLIC, GINGER - BLEND TOGETHER AS FINE PASTE -B
        HEAT MORE OIL IN A KADAI, SEASON ANISE, SAUTE B,  then add chiili powder, dhanya powder , garam masala, salt mix 
Well - once oil separated add pattani boiled water 
   Once it starts boiling add pattani and off the stove after masala and pattani mix togather
     After transfering to another bowl, add few chopped B. Onion  and corriander leaves for enchaning taste


MARVALLI PODIMAS
        BOIL MARVALLI IN WATER, WITH LITTLE SALT,  - A
     PEEL THE SKIN, AFTER HEAT REDUCE MASH IT EVENLY -B
       HEAT A SPOON OF OIL IN A KADAI, SEASON MUSTARD SEEDS, CURRY LEAVES, DRY RED CHILLI AND B, SALT, GRATED COCONUT 
    TOSS FOR A MINUTE, OFF THE  STOVE AND SERVE
