          SOAK RAW WHITE RICE  (100g) FOR 2 HOURS --BLEND -WHEN ITS HALF BLENDED ADD GRATED COCONUT (4s) , AFTER FEW MIN  ADD SOAKED AVAL (3s) -WHEN THESE THREE STARTS TO BLEND WELL ADD SUGAR (2s) , SALT (1s) --A
                          BAKER YEAST (1/4s) + SUGAR (1/4s) ---SOAK THESE TWO TOGETHER IN WARM WATER FOR 15 MIN --B
                              NOW MIX A + B = ALLOW FOR FERMENTING( 8-10 HOURS ) 
         NOW HEAT NON STICK DOSA PAN , POUR THE FLOUR IN IT , SLIGHTY SHAKE THE PAN 
      CLOSE WITH LID --NO NEED FOR OIL
    YOU CAN TRY THIS AS APPAM KADAI ALSO 
  COMBINATION : COCONUT MILK , CHANNA MASALA , MUTTON GRAVY

AVAL APPAM
       RAW RICE - 1 CUP+  FENUGREEK -10  -SOAK FOR 2 HOURS  , THEN SOAK RED AVAL FOR 10 MINUTES - BLEND EVERYTHING BY ADDING GRATED COCONUT, SUGAR, SALT  - A
      IN  ADD BAKING SODA (1/2 S) AND MIX WITH LITTLE WATER 
      PREPARE THIS BATTER IN DOSA BATTER CONSITANCY - B
     ALLOW TO FERMENT  - 
TIPS - IF THE BATTER IS URGERT - KEEP IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT - BATTER GETS FERMENT IN 2 HOURS 
       THEN PREPARE AS APPAM AND TASTE IT WITH COCONUT MILK

TAKE DOSA FLOUR ( 1 cup )  , ADD COCONUT (1s) , SUGAR (1s) -- MIX WELL - A-----HEAT APPAM PAN,  POUR  FLOUR ON APPAM STYLE , CLOSE THE LID , KEEP SIMMER , ONCE IT BOILED TASTE IT
 SHAKE THE PAN 
      CLOSE WITH LID --NO NEED FOR OIL
