KULFI

MANGO KULFI
MANGO KULFI 
     Boil milk ( 200 ml ) until it reduces as 100 ml 
      While boiling add semi powdered (  pistachios (5)  , cardoman (2) --slightly dry roast it and blend ) 
        When everything starts boiling ,       In that time add sugar ( 4s) 
 Let everything mix and milk start to stick in the vessel 
      Add a spoon of corn starch water
Allow a minute to boil , then switch off the stove
      Once heat gone , ADD  MORE MANGO PUREE WITH THAT MIXTURE AND MIX WELL WITHOUT ANY PULB THEN pour into kulfi mold and freeze for over night 
     Pick out cardoman before pouring into mold

      While boiling add semi powdered ( badam (6) , cashew nut (7) , pistachios (5)  , cardoman (2) --slightly dry roast it and blend ) 
        When everything starts boiling , you get nice aroma 
         In that time add sugar ( 4s) 
 Let everything mix and milk start to stick in the vessel 
      Add a spoon of corn starch water
Allow a minute to boil , then switch off the stove
      Once heat gone , pour into kulfi mold and freeze for over night 
     Pick out cardoman before pouring into mold

MANGO SEMIYA KULFI
       RIPED MANGO (1) SLICE AND BLEND WITH LITTLE SUGAR(1s) AND MILK (1s) AS PUREE --A
                      BOIL MILK (1cup) , ONCE MILK BOILS AND COMES TO HALF ADD SOME ROASTED SEMIYA AND NEEDED SUGAR WITH CARDAMON POWDER --ONCE SEMIYA GETS BOILED OFF THE STOVE --B
    ALLOW B TO COOL , ONCE HEAT REDUCES ADD A WITH IT AND MIX TOGETHER 
    POUR IN THE MOULDS AND FREEZE FOR OVERNIGHT
