POPSICLE

MANGO ICE
MANGO ICE (RAW
       RAW MANGO ( CHOPPED ) , GINGER  , G.CHILLI , CORIANDER LEAVES , CUMIN POWDER , SALT , SUGAR  --EVERYTHING LITTLE ONLY  --BLEND FINELY AND ADD WATER -A
     FILTER A AND EXTRACT LUMBS -B
 POUR B IN ICE TRAY AND FREEZE FOR 2 TO 3 HOURS
  
MANGO  ICE (ripe) 
        CUT RIPED MANGO 🥭 WITHOUT SKIN, CUT INTO PIECES, ADD SUGAR, CURD, LITTLE WATER AND BLEND AS PUREE -A
     POUR IN A TUMBLER BY KEEPING ICE CREAM STICK AND FREEZE FOR OVERNIGHT

Badam kulfi
             Boil milk with turmeric powder  , then soaked cashew and badam _blended paste, then add sugar, then mix until raw smell goes, 
      Once badam aroma arrives from milk - off the stove  , once heat reduces - pour in popsicle mould and freeze for over night


ORANGE LEMON POPSICLE
        WATER , LEMON TANG POWDER , SUGAR , FRESH ORANGE JUICE 
       MIX EVERYTHING UNTIL SUGAR DISSOLVES 
       POUR IN MOULDS AND FREEZE FOR OVERNIGHT 






NONKU POPSICLE
NONKU POPSICLE
       BADAM , CASHEW NUTS , PISTA -SOAK AND BLEND -A
      BOIL MILK , ALLOW TO THICK ADD A AND SUGAR WITH THIS -  B
   OFF THE STOVE , ONCE HEAT REDUCES ADD NONKU WITH THAT 
  (BLEND NONKU AS PASTE )
 POUR IN MOULD AND KEEP OVERNIGHT IN FRIDGE 

 AMLA ICE
          BIG AMLA (2) ,  GINGER  , G.CHILLI , CORIANDER LEAVES , MINT LEAVES , CUMIN POWDER , SALT , SUGAR  --EVERYTHING LITTLE ONLY  --BLEND FINELY AND ADD WATER -A
     FILTER A AND EXTRACT LUMBS -B
 POUR B IN ICE TRAY AND FREEZE FOR 2 TO 3 HOURS
