BAKING

STEAM CAKE
STEAM CKE
                MAIDA FLOUR (100g) , SUGAR (75g) , COCO POWDER  , CHOCOLATE CHIPS (2s), SALT(pinch) , BAKING POWDER (2s),  OIL (2s), MILK (50ml - BOILED AND AFTER HEAT REDUCES )

     MIX SOFTLY FOR 10 TO 15 MIN USING FOLK AND GET THE BATTER IN THE CORRECT FORM (NOT SO LIQUID OR THICK ) --CHANGE THE BATTER IN ANOTHER GHEE GREASED BOWL , AND  IF NEEDED SPRINKLE SOME WHEAT FLOUR ON IT --A
     HEAT A PRESSURE COOKER WITH WATER , ONCE WATER STARTS BOILING KEEP  A STEEL STAND INSIDE THE WATER , NOW KEEP A ON THAT STAND
  CLOSE THE LID WITHOUT VISSEL AND SIMMER FOR 30 MINUTES 
    OFF THE STOVE AND OPEN THE LID AFTER 10 MIN
       
IDLY BATTER CAKE
               NEW   IDLY  BATTER 1(1CUP) , POWDER JAGGERY (2CUP), GRATED CARROT (1/2CUP), PLAIN RAVA (2 SPOON) , GHEE (1SPOON ) - MIX EVERYTHING AND TRANSFER TO GHEE GREASED PLATE USING A GREESED BANANA LEAVES- A
               HEAT A EMPTY PRESSURE COOKER - KEEP A STEEL STAND AND KEEP A WITH IT ( DON'T USE COOKER CASCADE AND VISSEL) CLOSE THE LID
      KEEP IN SIMMER FOR 45 MINTES - THEN OFF THE STOVE 
   REMOVE THE CAKE FROM VESSEL AFTER HEAT REDUCE S
         
WHEAT BREAD
           Take 1 spoon yeast and sugar, dissolve in warm water for 5 min -A
         One cup wheat flour, flax seeds, one pinch salt, 2 spoon oil, and mix by adding  with it     , then prepare a dough and close and keep for one to two hours, once it gets increased in size, transfer to baking tray with greesed in oil, then bake for 40 min in 180 c 


CHOCOLATE CAKE
CHOC CAKE
           MAIDA FLOUR (100g) , SUGAR (75g) , COCO POWDER  , CHOCOLATE CHIPS (2s), SALT(pinch) , BAKING POWDER (2s),  OIL (2s), MILK (50ml) 
      MIX ABOVE ITEMS ONE BY ONE AND BAKE IT FOR 30MIN
     AFTER BAKING COOL IT FOR 10 MIN , THEN REMOVE FROM VESSEL 

COCONUT🥥 BISCUITS
          GRATED COCONUT AND GIVE A SINGLE BLEND, THEN TRANSFER IN EMPTY HOT PAN, AND SAUTE UNTIL AROMA COMES  -A (dedicated coconut) 
         ADD 1 CUP GHEE IN A BOWL AND VISK IT UNTIL IT GET SOFT, IN THAT ADD POWDER SUGAR (2CUP ) AND AGAIN USE HAND BLENDER AND MIX EVERYTHING COMES TOGETHER, THEN ADD 1Cup  WITH IT, THEN MAIDA FLOUR 3 CUPS, BAKING POWDER 1 SPOON 
        MIX EVERYTHING SMOOTHLY AND PREPARE A DOUGH, ADD GHEE IN HAND AND PREPARE REQUIRED SHAPES, THEN DIP IN REMAING A , AND PUT THE COOKING IN GHEE GREASED AND MAIDA DUSTED TRAY
      AND BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN FOR 20 TO 25 MINS IN 190'
            
     

WHEAT CHOCOLATE CAKE
            EGG (1) , ICING SUGAR (100g) , GHEE  (4s) , MILK (warm milk --50 ml ) , DIARY MILK CHOCOLATE  (150g) --BLEND ( ADD  ONE BY ONE - UNTIL  ALL MIXED TOGATHER AND GET AS CREAM --A
    WHEAT FLOUR( 3/4 cup ) , MAIDA FLOUR (1/4cup ) , BAKING SODA(1/4s) , BAKING powder (1s) --B
         ADD A AND B TOGATHER AND BEAT SMOOTHLY  --C
     NOW POUR IN GHEE GREASED PLATE AND BAKE IT FOR 45 MINUTES 
           

RAVA SPONGE CAKE
               RAVA (1cup ) , MILK (1cup) , CURD (1/4cup ) , SUGAR(1cup ) --MIX EVERYTHING AND SOAK FOR 30 MIN
         THEN BLEND VERY FINELY WITH 5 SPOON OIL ADDED TO IT ---A
          IN A ADD BAKING POWDER (1s) AND BAKING SODA(1/2s)
       Mix finely without any lumps
Then ADD  TO THICK BOTTOM PAN (GREESE WITH GHEE) -CLOSE WITH LID --B
          -NOW HEAT A DOSAI IRON PAN IN SIMMER 
      THEN PLACE B IN THAT TOP , KEEP THE STOVE ON MEDIUM FLAME FOR 50 TO 60 MIN
     ONCE CAKE IS DONE , OFF THE STOVE 
    ONCE HEAT REDUCES , REMOVE THE CAKE FROM PAN



VANILLA CAKE
VANILLA CAKE
             MAIDA FLOUR (100g) , BAKING POWDER (1s) , SALT (1 pinch )-- MIX THESE 3 AND REMOVE LUMPS --A 
        BUTTER (50g) , ICING  SUGAR (75g) , VANILLA ESSENCE (1s) , MILK (3s) , EGG (1) 
                    IN A BIG BOWL ADD BUTTER AND BEAT , THEN ICING SUGAR , AND BEAT --ONCE SUGAR DISSOLVES AND ONCE GOT CREAM TEXTURE AND EGG
         AND BEAT WELL , ONCE EVERYTHING MIX AND GOT MIXED  ADD VANILLA ESSENCE  AND  A WITH IT --GENTLY MIX EVERYTHING FOR SOME TIME 
    AND GREESE THE MOULD WHICH YOU USE FOR SHAPE 
 ALLOW 15 MINUTES IN PREHEATED OVEN 
     IF ITS A MICROOVEN BAKE IT FOR 2 - 3 MINUTES




SUGAR COOKIES
                                                       Put 100g butter in a big bowl and beat until it melts , then in that add 150g sugar and again beat well when both mixes add 200g Maida flour in it and again beat until it gets soft 
        Then roll this dough in a rapping paper and freeze in for 30 minutes
       Later remove the rapping paper and put required shapes
      And put in preheated oven for 15 minutes 
      Then you get crispy sugar cookies for your snacks

              TAKE A BIG BOWL ADD THE FOLLOWING IN BELOW ORDER AND BEAT WELL 
                   BUTTER (100g) , ICING SUGAR (150g) , EGG(1) , SEMI BLENDED RAVA (50g) , CURD (1s) , VANILLA ESSENCE (1s) , --WHEN EVERYTHING COMES FLUFFY
         ADD FLOUR (MAIDA (150g) +BAKING POWDER (1s)
AGAIN MIX EVERYTHING GENTLY 
        THEN BAKE IT USING GRESED TRAY

BAKED CHOCO NUTTY BALLS 
          AFTER BAKING CAKE -THE REMAING PIECES LIKE CORNER ONCE 
    JUST MAKE IT MORE PIECES AND ADD SOME MELTED NUTS CHOCOLATES
       MIX EVERYTHING AND MAKES IT AS BALLS
 AND TASTE IT
