VARIETY RICE

SOYA RICE
SOYA RICE
                                Take a bowl of hot water and add ready mate soya (meal maker ) in it , and soak for 10  minutes , then sequeeze the water from soya ---A
   
        Rice ( raw rice -1cup) --soak for 30 minutes - then filter the water
             saute b.onion , tomato , g.chilli , corriander leafs , mint leafs ,ginger and garlic paste , then A , finely and softly mix everything  in that add chilli powder , turmeric powder , dhanya powder , salt , garam masala powder , when raw smell goes add soaked rice and water  
        now allow rice to boil until two vissil



TOMATO BATH


TOMATO BATH
       Heat oil , season mustard seeds , Bengal gram , then sauté full garlic (5) , 
 g. Chilli (2) ,  capsicum and green peas ( if needed ) , b.onion (3) and finely chopped tomatoes (3) , Chilli powder (1/2s) , turmeric powder (1/4s) , sauté well ,
      Once the raw smell goes add one cup of boiled raw rice , salt , and coriander leaf 
       Mix together and take pat Patato fry 
It will be nice lunch for lunch box 




COCONUT RICE 
COCONUT RICE
   
      Boiled raw rice ---A ( 1cup ), 
                 sauté grated coconut in empty pan --B
      ---heat three spoons of coconut oil , season mustard seeds , Bengal gram , curry leaves, g. Chilli ( 4 chopped) , cashew nuts  ---C
     In empty cool pan put A , then add B and C and add needed salt --mix every


PROTEIN RICE
          BOIL NEEDED PULSES WITH HALF SALT - A
         B. Onion, tomato, g. Chilli, ginger, garlic, mint leaves and corriander leaves - mix and blend as puree _ B
       SOAK 1 CUP BASMATI RICE FOR 30 MIN - C
HEAT A KADAI, ADD OIL SEASON BAY LEAVES, SAUTE B AND ADD GARAM MASALA (1s) , dhaya powder (1/2 s)  , AND, 2 CUP WATER, ONCES IT STARTS BOILING  A AND C IN IT  WITH NEEDED SALT - CLOSE THE LID AND ALLOW FOR 2 VISSEL - THEN OPEN THE LID AFTER HEAT REDUCES



TOMATO RICE

   Heat oil in pan , Season cardoman, clove , cinnamon, bay leaf , then sauté b.onion ( 2) , g. Chilli (6) , ginger +garlic paste (1s) , coriander leaf and mint leafs , then add tomato purée ( 3) , chilli powder ( 1s) ,  sauté everything until raw smell goes , and add rice ( 400g ) then put salt (to taste ) , and add water (double the level of rice )  
     Boil for two Vissil 







TAMARIND RICE

    In water ( 4 cups ) , soak tamarind and salt , after few minutes , mash the tamarind and filter the water , add turmeric powder ---A
      Fenugreek , hing --heat and powder it ---B
        Heat more seasame oil , season mustard seeds ,  urad , curry leaf , r.chilli , B , A --allow everything to boil until it becomes very thick ( if needed add fried groundnut ) and off the stove ---C ---preserve and use when ever needed 
         Boil raw rice , once heat completely reduced add salt and seasame oil ( 1s) , and add C  ( 2 spoon is essential for one bowl rice ) 
       It's can be served even after ten hours 
       



DAL RICE
DAL RICE
         Boil eight cups of water , add washed raw rice (1cup ) , dal (3/4 cup) , moong dal(1/2 cup) , when everything half boiled add chopped b.onion(1) , tomato (1), g.chill(3), chilli powder (1/2s), pepper powder ( 1s) , cumin powder( 1/2 s) ,  sambar powder (2s) , ginger +garlic paste ( 1pinch ) , mashed garlic (5) , coriander leaf , then if needed add some vegetables like carrot , beans , drumstick , potato or peas varieties, 
      Once everything boil and come together then  season it in ghee with mustard seeds and cumin 
     Then garnish with curry leafs and coriander leafs 




GREEN RICE

              MINT LEAF (10)  AND G.CHILLI (2)  ---- BLEND ---------A
         ---------HEAT GHEE (2s)  SEASON MUSTARD SEEDS ,  SAUTE B.ONION (1)  , GARLIC (5) , A , CASHEW NUTS (3) , HING (1pinch)  , CAPSICUM AND BROCOLI  (if needed)  , SALT , ADD BOILED RICE (1cup)  ---MIX EVERYTHING , SPRINKLE LITTLE PEPPER POWDER --TASTE IT WITH OMELETE OR APPALAM




LEMON RICE
LEMON RICE 

                    SQUEEZE A LEMON (1)  , IN THAT JUICE ADD TURMERIC POWDER (2 pinch)  , SALT-A
   BOIL  RICE ( 1 cup) --B
      ----HEAT OIL SEASON DAL ,  MUSTARD SEEDS , CURRY LEAF , G.CHILLI (2)  --THEN POUR THIS  IN A --NOW ADD THIS MIXTURE IN B ----MIX WELL


CURD RICE
CURD RICE
       BOIL RICE (1 cup)  , MASH IT NICELY , ADD CURD  AND  SALT ----A
  HEAT OIL SEASON MUSTARD SEEDS , CURRY LEAF , CASHEW NUTS (3)  , G.CHILLI (2)  ---NOW ADD IN A---WITH THIS IF NEEDED ADD ICE CUBE (1) , GRAPES OR POMEGRANATE , CORRIANDER LEAF FOR BETTER TASTE ----MIX EVRYTHING ---------IF YOU PACK FOR LUNCH BOX , THEN REDUCE THE CURD LEVEL AND ADD MORE MILK WITH IT
