PASTA

CHILLI PASTA
CHILLI PASTA
     Make pasta (100g) half boil with little salt and olive oil----then filter the water --A
        Heat oil in a kadai , sauté garlic (5) , b.onion (1) ,  g.chilli (2) , tomato (1/2) , ginger +garlic paste (1s) ,  Chilli powder (2s) , turmeric powder (1/4s) , Garam masala powder ( 1/4s) , cumin powder (1/4s) ,  salt --sauté until raw smell goes and add little water 
         When water starts boiling add A --after water comes goes and reach dry , off the stove and garnish with finely chopped coriander leafs

    PREPARE BOILED PASTA -A
  HEAT KADAI WITH OIL , SEASON ANISE , SAUTE B.ONION , TOMATO , GINGER + GARLIC PASTE , RASAM POWDER THEN NEEDED VEGES THEN ADD A
     MIX IT WITH NEEDED SALT AND CORRIANDER LEAVES

   In  boiling water add little salt and one drop oil , when water starts to boil add raw spaghetti, it takes ten minutes to boil then drain the water -A
       Heat Little oil sauté b.onion , capsicum , carrot ( cut the needed vege in the shape of spaghetti ) add salt , pepper powder , cumin powder upto your taste needed , then mix everything by adding boiled speghetti ( A ) , garnish with coriander leafs

 MAKE WATER TO BOIL , ADD  B.ONION , TOMATO , G.CHILLI , GINGER + GARLIC PASTE , CAPSICUM , BEANS , CARROT , CABBAGE , BABY CORN , SALT , PEPPER POWDER , CUMIN POWDER , ONCE VEGETABLES HALF BOILED ADD A , LIVE 5 MIN FOR  EVERYTHING TO BOIL , NOW ADD COCONUT MILK ( 2s) , GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAFS --MEASUREMENTS UPTO UR TASTE

    HOT WATER , SALT , OLIVE OIL (2 drops) - MAKE IT BOIL ADD DRY MACARONI FOR 5 MIN AFTER BOILING  - FILTER MACARONI  --- A
 - HEAT OIL , FRY B. ONION (1) , G.CHILLI (2) , GINGER( 1pinch) AND GARLIC (2) PASTE , TOMATO  (1/4) ,  ADD  NEEDED VEGETABLE ( CAPSICUM , BROCOLI , CARROT ) , ADD CHILL POWDER (2s) , TURMERIC POWDER (1/4s) , GARAM MASALA (1/2s) , SALT , ADD A , MIX WELL ADD PEPPER POWDER AND CUMIN POWDER , MIX ADD CORIANDER LEAF , OFF THE STOVE

                   BOIL WATER WITH SALT AND OIL (1 drop) , ADD SPAGHETTI IN IT ,  AFTER 10 MIN , IT BOILS , THEN , DRAIN WATER - B    -------   NOW ADD B IN A ,,IF NEEDED ADD CAPSICUM , CARROT , CABBAGE , BROCOLI , ---LET EVERYTHING BOILS ,   THEN GARNISH CORIANDER LEAFS

 MAKE WATER TO BOIL , ADD  B.ONION , TOMATO , G.CHILLI , GINGER + GARLIC PASTE , CAPSICUM , BEANS , CARROT , CABBAGE , BABY CORN , SALT , PEPPER POWDER , CUMIN POWDER , ONCE VEGETABLES HALF BOILED REMOVE (HALF VEGETABLES) ADD A , LIVE 5 MIN FOR  EVERYTHING TO BOIL , ADD CREAM  (BLENDED  REMOVED VEGETABLES  ) , NOW ADD COCONUT MILK ( 2s) , GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAFS --MEASUREMENTS UPTO UR TASTE
