       MAKE JAGGERY SYRUB , WHILE BOILING ADD A , GRATED COCONUT , BOILED THOOR DAL , THEN ADD SOME FRIED CASHEWNUTS AND MORE GHEE
       WHEN IT COMES AS PONGAL , OFF THE STOVE

RAW RICE 1 CUP , MOONG DAL (2s) , SALT - 
     MAKE IT BOIL , SEASON PEPPER , CUMIN , GINGER , CURRY LEAF , CASHEWNUT IN GHEE

MAKE RAW RICE BOIL WITH A PINCH OF SALT ,           WHEN 1/2 BOILED ADD COCONUT ,
  MIX WELL WHEN SMELL COMES ADD  POWDERED JAGGERY , ADD POWDER OF CARDAMON AND SUKU ( DRY GINGER ),      MIX WELL ADD GHEE AND CASHEWNUT FRYED TOGETHER

                              -- RAW RICE SHOULD BE BOILED WITH A PINCH OF SALT , WHEN RICE 1/2 BOIED ADD MORE COCONUT , EVERYTHING SHOULD BE BOILED TOGETHER , WHEN RICE COMPLETY MASHED OFF THE STOVE , TASTE IT WITH SAMBAR
