VEGETABLES AND GROUNDNUT SALAD
     
vege and groundnut salad



 
BOILED GROUNDNUT, CHPPOED CUCUMBER, CARROT, ONION, TAMATO, MINT AND CORRIANDER LEAVES - A
          BOIL WATER, ADD LITTLE LADIESFINGURE, LETTUCE, CELERY, CABBAGE AND BROCOLI ( ADD LITTLE SALT) - HALF BOIL  VEGES -B
        ADD EVERYTHING IN A BOWL, MIX TOGATHER WITH SALT, LEMON JUICE, PEPPER OR MIX WITH CURD 
  FILLING BREAKFAST


PULSES, VEGES AND MILLET SALAD
       BOIL ALL PULSES TOGETHER WITH SALT - A
     BOIL BROCOLI , CARROT, GARLIC WITH SALT AND PEPPER POWDER -B
      Soak mixed millets aval for 5 min in normal water, then rinse , add jaggery and granted coconut


Veges with cereals salad
          Boil groundnut, green grams, with half salt - A
          Brocoli, carrot, beans, cabbage, ladiesfingure - steam -B
            Chopped onions, tamoto, cucumber, mint leaves and lettuce -c
    In a big bowl add A, B, C  with little salt, pepper powder, cumin powder and if needed add few drops of lemon juice

Lettuce🥬 and celery salads
            In hot pan add little oil, season with anise, and add carrots, cabbage, beans, ladiesfingure, celery, salt, ginger + garlic paste, sprinkle few drops of water
      Mix once and off the stove



KOSAMABARI SALAD

                                  BOILED GROUNDNUT, SOAK MOON DAL, GRATED BEETROOT, GRATED CARROT, CHOPPED ONIONS, TAMATO, CUCUMBER, MINT AND CORRIANDER LEAVES - ADD EVERYTHING IN A BOWL, ADD  SALT, LIME JUICE, PEPPER POWDER
AND MIX WELL 
    IT WILL FILLING FOR BREAKFAST
