         ROAST TWO SLICE BREAD WITH BUTTER AND FILL THE STUFF AS
        -IN DASA PAN , HEAT LITTLE BUTTER , SAUTE FEW B.ONION , TOMATO , CAPSICUM , SLICED PANEER , ADD SOME SALT , PEPPER , AND MIX WITH TOMATO SAUCE AND CHILLI SAUCE --MIX AND KEEP INSIDE THE BREAD

            BOIL PEAS WITH SALT, THEN MASH IT WITH, PEPPER POWDER, NEEDED SAUSE, CHOPPED ONION, TOMATO, CORRIANDER LEAVES - MIX TOGETHER
         THEN STUFF INSIDE THE BREAD  , KEEP IN SANWICH MAKER

MURUKKAI  FLOWER SANDWICH
          CLEAN MURUKKAI FLOWER AND WASH IT, UNTILL INSECTS GO (IF ANY) 
        HEAT GHEE IN A KADAI, SAUTE ONION, G. CHILLI, TURMERIC POWDER, PEPPER POWDER, CUMIN PODWER, MURUGAI FLOWER, SALT _ SPRINKLE SOME WATER AND ALLOW FEW MINUTES TO BOIL  , THEN ADD ONE EGG AND MAKE SCRUMBLE WITH IT, OFF THE STOVE AND CORRIANDER LEAVES
           THEN TOAST BREAD, APPLY SAUCE UPTO YOUR TASTE AND STUFF INSIDE THE BREAD AND TOAST AGAIN
     OPTIONAL  , IF NEEDED ADD SOME VEGETS INTO IT

   NOW ADD A IN IT 
         SPRINKLE PEPPER POWDER , CUMIN POWDER  
    ADD MORE CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES 
            KEEP INSIDE TWO BREADS WITH SOME CHEESE
AND PRESS WITH SANDWICH MAKER

           IN A KADAI , ADD WATER AND MAKE TO BOIL  , THEN ADD BELOW ITEMS ONE BY ONE 
   MINCED MUTTON (100g) , CARROT (3) , GREEN PEAS (30g) , CHILLI POWDER (1/4s) , DHANYA POWDER (1/4s) , TURMERIC POWDER (little ) , SALT  -later ADD CHOPPED B.ONION , CAULIFLOWER , CAPSICUM ---ONCE WATER GONE --OFF THE STOVE --AFTER HEAT REDUCES BLEND IT --A
      IN A ADD GINGER +GARLIC PASTE , SALT , SOAKED AVAL (after drying) , BREAD CRUMBS , MASHED POTATOS , GARAM MASALA , DHANYA POWDER , CHILLI POWDER , ANISE POWDER , CUMIN POWDER , PEPPER POWDER  --MIX EVERYTHING --KEEP IT IN FRIDGE FOR 10 MINUTES --B 
      THEN PREPARE B IN REQUIRED SHAPES , DIP IN EGG BATTER AND SPREAD IN BREAD CRUMBS --C
     DEEP FRY C IN LOW FLAME -- D
   TOAST BREAD SLICE WITH BUTTER , THEN  SPREAD SOME SAUCE AND ADD D AND FEW SLICED CABBAGE , CAPSICUM , B.ONION , TOMATOES
