FILLING BREAKFAST

SAUTE GUAVA, SPRINKLE SALT AND CHILLI POWDER, SPLASH SOME WATER
ALL IN HEAT, FOR SOME MINUTES
THEN GARNISH CORRIANDER LEAVES
PULSES, VEGES AND MILLET SALAD
BOIL BROCOLI , CARROT, GARLIC WITH SALT AND PEPPER POWDER -B
Soak mixed millets aval for 5 min in normal water, then rinse , add jaggery and granted coconut
Boil groundnut, green grams, with half salt - A
Brocoli, carrot, beans, cabbage, ladiesfingure - steam -B
Chopped onions, tamoto, cucumber, mint leaves and lettuce -c
In a big bowl add A, B, C with little salt, pepper powder, cumin powder and if needed add few drops of lemon juice
Lettuce🥬 and celery salads
In hot pan add little oil, season with anise, and add carrots, cabbage, beans, ladiesfingure, celery, salt, ginger + garlic paste, sprinkle few drops of water
Mix once and off the stove
